Your details, kept with care

We collect only what you choose to give us: your name, email, phone number and the details of your event when you send an enquiry or book a consultation.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and plan your event.
• To send you news and seasonal offers, only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell your details or share them with anyone outside BalloonSK, except the services that run this website and our booking system, who keep them on our behalf.

Where it is kept

Enquiries go into our booking and client system, hosted in North America and protected by encryption and access controls. We keep your details while we work together and for as long as tax rules ask us to keep records, then delete them.

Photos

We may share photos of the decor we create. We ask before showing anything that identifies you or your guests.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email balloonsk.events@gmail.com or call 639-525-2327, and we will reply within 30 days.
